DAILY SCHEDULE

The schedule each day will look the same. Take note of the sign in and sign out protocols for drop off and pick up of your child. 

8:45AM                  Sign In
9:00AM                  Opening
9:30AM                  Sports Session 1
10:15AM                Small Group/Snack
10:45AM                Sports Session 2
11:30AM                Closing
12:00PM                 Sign OUT.

SIGN IN

  • Each age group will have a table team member who will have your child's paperwork.

  • The adult who has parental custody will sign the student in for the morning.

  • Each student will be given a wrist band to wear coloured coded for that day.

  • The Student will be guided by an assistant coach to the auditorium to begin the day. 

SIGN OUT

  • Upon arrival, the adult who has parental custody will sign the student out for the morning.

  • The Student will be guided by an assistant coach to the sign out table and released to the adult who has parental custody over the child.

NOTE - ONLY adults with parental custody, or those whom the adult with parental custody lists on their registration paper work to sign in or out students will be permitted to sign students in or out.
